We offer shipping services using FedEx, UPS and U.S. Postal Service. Exact shipping times will vary based on ship-to location. During check-out you will see the available shipping methods.
We fulfill most orders within 48 hours of entry into our automated order processing system. Orders are not shipped on weekends or on holidays. Shipping times vary based upon the shipping method chosen. For all orders, please supply a valid street address. Many shippers cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. If shipping instructions are not provided we will determine the most appropriate method and ship accordingly. Please include the telephone number and name of the person to be contacted for delivery instructions.
If you wish to have your order shipped at a future date, we will hold your order in our system until the date requested. You will be billed for the product when the order ships.

All claims must be reported within 30 days or less by contacting the Customer Service Department at 800-228-0810 or e-mail orders@kendallhunt.com. Please save the shipping carton, this is necessary to facilitate a freight claim. Do not return merchandise until you receive our instructions to do so.
All returned product must be carefully packaged and arrive in resalable condition. Kendall Hunt is not responsible for any return shipping charges including duties, custom fees, and taxes where applicable.
